Cancellation Policy:
Class Cancellations:
Participants must cancel or reschedule classes no less than 8 hours before the scheduled start time. Members on an Intro Offer who fail to follow the cancellation policy will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. If you are on a Casual Pass, Class Pack or any membership you will forfeit one class from your pack or weekly attendance.
*If you cancel with less than 3 hours notice you will be charged a $5 Late Cancellation fee- This applies to all/any credit or membership (excluding promotional offer.)
Even if you are outside the 8 hour window, as soon as you know you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your class on the app or website to allow somebody else from the waitlist or last minute drop-ins to take your place. Please note that outside of an emergency we do not accept phone or email cancellations, this must be done via the app or website.
Credits:
If you cancel before the 8 hour time frame, you will automatically receive a credit. If you are on a membership, class credits will expire at the end of the week and will not roll over to the next week.
If you are on a casual visit or class pack, you will have 30 days to use your credit.
Class No Shows:
Members on a promotional Offer who fail to attend their registered class with no attempt at cancellation will be charged a $15 no-show fee.

Membership Cancellations:
If you are on a 2 Class Per Week, 3 Class per Week, Fusion membership, Unlimited Mat membership or the ULTIMATE Membership, you can cancel anytime after, or up to the 12 week minimum. If you would like to cancel your membership please email - livpilatesstudio@outlook.com.au
If you wish to cancel before the 12 week period, a $180 fee applies.
If you choose to cancel and decide to return within 4 months of your cancellation date, we’d love to welcome you back! Please note that a $100 rejoining fee will apply and will be added to your first payment upon reactivation.
This helps us cover administrative and setup costs involved in getting you back on board.

Membership Pause Policy:
If you are away and not able to participate in classes for a prolonged period of time (more than 2 weeks) you are able to put your membership on hold for a maximum of 3 weeks every 5 months.
To pause for longer than
3 weeks at a time, you will be charged a $15 hold fee for each week your membership is on hold.
